Osaka
Made a daytrip out to Osaka today. It is Japan’s second-largest city and is bustling with diverse life, the pursuit of dreams, and materialist consumption. The whole city is pretty modern as most of the city was firebombed to hell by the americans during the war. Quite a different pace from life out in the countryside.
Sunset over the city. That Glico-man is pretty famous and is somewhat of an icon of Osaka.
The main purpose of this visit was to buy some records, and buy records I did. Many many more out of camerashot. Some of these are pure gold. It really is an art picking records to take home that you know absolutely nothing about and its amazing how well intuition can guide us.
